Back to the Future: Analog Photography in a Digital Age
In March 2014, I was invited to give a presentation as part of the 12th Pecha Kucha Night in Taos, NM. Pecha Kucha is a forum which showcases creativity across all artistic disciplines in more than 400 cities worldwide, and I was honored to be included in this group. The format is the same, regardless of the location or the art: 20 slides, with 20 seconds per slide for narration by the presenter. I chose to focus on why I do black and white film photography, with the addition of some existential questions on the relationship between photography and art. A video of my presentation can be seen here.
